Organic Bar
Our In-House 'Organic Bar'A range of organic spirits, beers and wines along with mixers and soft drinks, all at reasonable prices. The hire fee includes staff, glasses, stock and ice! For more information please contact us.
At Gate Street Barn you have one of two options tochoose from so your evening drinks service suits
you and your budget.
Option One:
Hire The Organic Paying Bar for £250 plus VAT and a £600 turnover security deposit.
• Pleasant and experienced uniformed staff.
• A licensed Bar Manager.
• Glasses and ice.
• A range of organic spirits, beers, cider and
a selection of wines along with mixers and
soft drinks.
• Reasonable prices.
The Organic Bar is open from 7pm to 11.30pm. If you wish the bar to
open earlier, a small additional hire fee will be calculated for you.
The £600 security deposit is taken in the form of a separate cheque. This acts as a guarantee that the bar’s takings will be no less than £600 retail for the time it is open. If £600 is not taken, the Bar Manager will inform you and you have the option to
buy stock to make up the £600 or the deposit cheque will be banked and the deficit in takings will be charged with the balance returned to you.

Option Two:
You provide the drink throughout the whole of your event and we at Gate Street Barn will provide the following for your evening drinks service:
• Pleasant and experienced uniformed staff.
• A licensed Bar Manager.
• Glasses and Ice.
Please let us know your evening details including:
• The drinks you wish to provide.
• The maximum number of guests who will be
attending your evening at any one time.
• The hour you wish the bar to be open.
We will immediately let you know the fee and an invoice will be sent to you which must be settled at least eight weeks prior to your event. The bar stops serving drinks at 11.30pm.
For both options the licensed Bar Manager will manage the evening to ensure the entertainment and lighting is arranged as requested. The staff will continuously manage and tidy throughout the evening. They will also gather together your items at the end of the event so they can be easily collected the following day at the time arranged.
